But that’s not all: Not only are the rapid descents a highlight in themselves, but also the state-of-the-art facilities that allow you to ski uphill quickly to start again. Whether you use the perfectly groomed slopes or make one turn after another through the glittering powder is up to you. Wide slopes or steep couloirs: in Davos Klosters you can choose from six ski areas. The freestyle mountain Jakobshorn, the classic ski area Parsenn and the two family-friendly mountains Madrisa and Rinerhorn are all available. There is also the relaxed ski area Schatzalp and the freeride mountain Pischa. In short: 300 kilometers of snow-sure slopes and 57 transport systems.

St. Moritz is one thing above all thanks to its art, culture, shopping and the many events: it is diverse. The sun-drenched resort town will inspire you with its alpine ambience, its glamour and the outdoor activities in the beautiful Engadine nature.
The Chantarella funicular and the Marguns gondola run daily from 07:45 up St. Moritz’s local mountain, the Corviglia. Early birds can enjoy the unspoilt, freshly prepared slopes in the morning. Beyond the blue, red and black slopes, the western side of the Piz Nair offers adventure for all freeriders.
St. Moritz is the birthplace of winter tourism and Alpine sport, which came about over 150 years ago as the result of a bet. With a total of 87 World Cup standard slopes and pistes, St. Moritz is amongst the largest and most varied winter sports regions in the Alps.

3 T-bar lifts in Holzgau, Elbigenalp and Stanzach and two more lifts in the Auszeitdörfer Pfafflar and Gramais offer the best conditions to either spend a leisurely day of skiing with the family or for yourself to enjoy your turns in the snow. Beginners also feel in good hands here and can even improve their skills at ski courses of the established ski schools.
